    The Ottawa Community Foundation is a public, non-profit organization created by and for the people of Ottawa. Since 1987, they have been enabling generous citizens to enhance the quality of life in their community and to achieve their own charitable objectives through permanent, well-managed endowments.

    Since its inception in 2013, the OCH Foundation has received financial support from the Ottawa Community Foundation in the way of donations and grants.

  • Trinity

    The Trinity Development Foundation is the founder of the Social Rec Connect model. Trinity generously supports community interests that develop and build on important active and vibrant communities. Trinity focuses community support on Youth Education and Sport, Care of Seniors, Community Programming and the Arts.

  • The Caring and Sharing Exchange

    The Caring and Sharing Exchange is a local charity that provides assistance to individuals and families in need, during the Christmas and back-to-school seasons. A key partner in the OCH Foundation’s Pack a Sack! initiative, its Co-ordination Service verifies the names of clients registered by hundreds of local agencies in order to eliminate duplicate applications and redistribute funds accordingly to help more families.

  • Ottawa Coalition of Community Houses

    The Ottawa Coalition of Community Houses is a network of agencies working together to support and serve low income families across the city of Ottawa. All 15 Community Houses are located directly within Ottawa Community Housing neighbourhoods and offer individuals and families many educational, recreational and social support services and programs at no cost.
