When asked about what inspires her volunteer work at 380 Murray, Katherine says: “Volunteers build a community – Let’s work together to make this our home.” Since moving into her community in 2010, Katherine has devoted herself to reaching out to like-minded tenants who share her interest in making improvements and initiating events that will benefit the whole community.

Elected President of the newly formed Tenant Association (TA) in 2011, Katherine, and the TA members, have played a key role in transforming the community room into a welcoming space.
